Our task board is available to all members throughout the day.
  • Divided into 5 categories: Not Yet Started, Waiting, Planning, In Progress, Deployed/Verification
  • Tasks are sized and subtasked and moved across the board towards completion.

Daily work tasks are programmed into a group calendar, which is shared amongst all within the operation. Fully integrated with Google Calendar or available as one page printout in Excel.

Our seasonal work calendar is tackled by the staff in 2-week agile sprints.
  • Before each sprint, we sit down as a team and plan the agenda.
  • During each sprint, we try to remain on task and not veer from pre-planned work.
  • After each sprint, we review successes and failures.
